- The complainant registers the complaint through the Toll free number provided.
- The complaint is registered category wise and in light of the urgency of the complaint. For example, Category A that involves problems related to natural calamities, fire accidents, etc., to be disposed off within 24 hours. Category B that involves complaints related to electricity supply, telephone connection, water connection etc., to be disposed off within 3 days. Category C involves problems related to pension, deposits, employment to be disposed off within 7 days.
- The complaint is then assigned to the concerned department and officer who will see the problem is handled within the stipulated time.
- The complaints are monitored by the District Magistrate that makes gives it a further impetus.
